Court Order Enforcement

We remove the challenges and stress of enforcing a Court order

We efficiently provide oversight for enforcement of Court orders, ensuring swift compliance from judgement debtors through expert coordination, seamless logistics, and effective asset recovery—so you get what’s owed to you without the hassle.

How our process works

1.

Initiation: Legal Action

Once a Court judgment is issued in your favour, either you or your attorney can contact us to begin the enforcement process as your appointed agent. We work directly with attorneys to streamline the legal steps required.

2.

Coordination and Planning

Our team advises on the necessary Court documents and handles all logistics, including:

  • Scheduling with law enforcement and the officers of the Court
  • Organizing security and transportation
  • Setting a convenient enforcement date

3.

Execution: On-Site Enforcement

On the scheduled day, our team, along with law enforcement officers, arrives at the target location. We manage the situation professionally, ensuring the process is orderly and all risk is mitigated.

4.

Negotiation for Settlement

Our goal is to reach a swift resolution. As your appointed agents, we initially offer the judgement debtor flexible options, subject to your approval:

  • Immediate Payment to resolve the debt on-site
  • Payment Plans to settle the amount over time

5.

Seizure of Assets: As a Last Resort

If the debtor fails to comply, we move forward with asset seizure.
We ensure all items are:

  • Verified to belong to the debtor
  • Free from liens, loans, or mortgage bills of sale

6.

Final Resolution: Payment or Auction

Court officers provide the debtor with a final opportunity to pay. If the debt remains unpaid, the seized assets are auctioned, and the proceeds are directed to you.
